In these Product Exchange Policy, the terms 'MEDWELL', 'we', 'us', 'our' collectively refer to Medwell (Asia) Company Limited and Medwell Healthcare Company Limited and any of its affiliated companies. The terms ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the customers who purchased our products through this website.
1. Customer may return your products within 7 days of purchase (based on the date of receipt), together with the original receipt for the replacement. Exchanged products must be brand-new, unused with original packaging and met the following exchange policy conditions. Please contact us on (852) 3998 3271 or email to email@example.com in advance for better product exchange arrangement.
2. We do not offer refunds, an one time exchange service per order will be provided to our customers. All products can be exchanged to another same price products, but we will not refund to you the price difference.
3. For reasons of hygiene, all pump accessories, collection and feeding, and hands free bra products cannot be exchanged.
4. We are sorry that we will not be able to process your exchange under the following circumstances :
- The products have been purchased from us more than 7 days (based on the date of receipt)
- Original invoice cannot be presented at the time of exchange
- Products are not in original packaging, or have been used
- Products are damaged or stained due to improper use
- Products have been exchanged once
5. Changes to this Exchange Policy will be posted on this site. We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time and without prior notice.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail. For any disputes, MEDWELL reserves the right of final decisions.
