How often should you clean your sleep machine accessories? It is recommended to clean the accessories regularly as specified in product instructions, especially the mask, headgear, tubing and humidifier to ensure the safe and effective use of sleep machine.   • Mask / Nasal Pillows
    Daily cleaning the mask or nasal pillows with soapy water or 3:1 mix of white vinegar and water, and then rinse with water (Do not use other cleaning solution). Then air dry the mask but avoid direct sunlight.
  • Headgear / Soft Cap / Chin Strap
    Hand wash the Headgear/ Soft Cap / Chin Strap with soapy water every week, then rinse with water and air dry.
  • Tubing
    Weekly cleaning the tubing with soapy water or 3:1 mix of white vinegar and water, and then rinse with water. Then air dry the mask but avoid direct sunlight.
  • Humidifier
    Change the water in the humidifier everyday and clean the humidifier chamber with soapy water or white vinegar to prevent mold growth. It is advisable to use distilled or sterile water only, this can reduce mineral deposits.
  • White / Black filter
    Every one to two weeks, clean the white / black filter in your sleep machine with soapy water and rinse with water. Air dry and reinstall it to the machine. If the living area of user is polluted, the frequency of cleaning may increase.

  • Skin adaptation which will naturally improve the redness of face
Dry Nose / Stuffy Nose
  • Use a warm humidifier
  • Use Chin Strap to reduce mouth leaks
Remove the mask during the night without realizing it
  • This temporary phenomenon occurs in the initial treatment
The impact of noise
  • Most CPAP machines are extremely quiet these days, change it to a quiet one will help with this
Feeling Suffocated Uncomfortable
